No they dont, actually most of the older NBA teams dont have mascots, such as the celtics and knicks. Hmm I just always look at Nicholson and think of Lakers, so hes the closest thing there is ha.

Tough question. Since they originate in Minnesota, they should have a lake as their mascot. That doesnt work in LA though. Some would say Jack Nicholson. In reality they do not have a mascot that I know of.
